150 meals for Sunday Dinner delivered! The brothers of Omega Psi Phi - Rho Mu Nu Chapter and the Like Minds Foundation provided meals to the Ascension Providence first responders during the change of shifts on Sunday, April 19, 2020. While hospital requirements dictate meals must be delivered directly to the hospital from the restaurant, it didn’t stop members of the chapter from practicing social distancing to watch as Sunday Dinner left the fine dining of one of Detroit's premier African American owned restaurants, TABLE No. 2 Restaurant, in Detroit and were delivered to Ascension Providence Hospital in Southfield.
“Omega has always stepped up to assist where ever we can. Even in the face of unprecedented times. Our goal was to help both black businesses impacted and those putting their lives on the line each day. We were able to do that today.” Says Basileus DrKenneth Coleman, chapter president.
We want to extend a word of gratitude to all those who gave and became part of this extraordinary event.
The meal was great!!! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!! WE ALL ENJOYED IT💜💜💜💜

In the cut 5k was inspired by a group of men to help move our community toward a more healthy way of living. What better way to do that than with the objective of completing a 5k.
